He is survived by: his parents, Bobby Sr. Manley and Martha Manley; his wife Teresa Manley; his daughters, Erica Burrow (John) of Wilson, AR and Amber Faulkner (Justin) of Osceola, AR; his grandchildren, Ian Burrow, Justice Faulkner, Jax Faulkner and Avery Faulkner; his siblings, Bobby Jr. Manley (Sheila), Gary Manley (Lynn), Gary Heugel (Billie Ann) and Barbara Burton; his niece Brittany Stephens (Bubba); his nephew Kenneth Burton; his great-niece Adleigh Stephens; and his mother-in-law Sue Heugel.
