He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Smothers and Mildred Pittman Smothers. He is survived by: his sister Darlene Toon of California; his nephews, Wes, Dana Henry, Steve, Phil Smothers and Kenny Smothers; his niece Patsy; and his great-nephew Ryan.
