She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Stone and Dorothy Stone; her daughter Deborah L. Jacobs; her granddaughter Kristina Williams; and her brother Harold Wayne Stone.
She is survived by: her husband David Hughes; and her sons, Larry Porterfield (Lily) of Clinton and Kyle Porterfield (Janie) of Oak Grove. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
