He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hubbard and Ruth Hubbard (Parrish); and his brother Donnie Hubbard. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Hubbard (Williams); his children, Garrett Hubbard of Newport, Arkansas, Brandy (Ronald Foster, Jr.) of Wichita Falls and Tawny (Anthony) of Batesville, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Jaiden, Daija Foster, Jack, Maggie and Jaysie Cowden; and his sister Sharon Grady. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
