It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Pippen of Newport, Arkansas, born in Waldenburg, Arkansas, who passed away on February 2, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Duncan Pippen and Rhoda Pippen (Largent); her brother Anthony Lee "Tony" Pippen; and her niece Tonya Stevens. She is survived by: her great-niece Angela Nicole Johnson (Erik); and also Gabriel.
