She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Byrd and Loma Byrd (Smith); her son Ray Levon Beers Jr.; and her brother Christopher Byrd. She is survived by: her daughters, Kim Mabry (Jay) of Diaz, Elizabeth Ann Chambers (John) of Vichy and Mary Diana Loftin of Newport; and her siblings, Michael Byrd, Timothy Hawk, Sheila Burnett and Kathy Coggins. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
