He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Wallace and Mamie Bailey (Sornson); and the mother of his children Kay Bailey (Warren). He is survived by: his wife Brenda Bailey (Pharis) of Newport; his daughters, Kelly Bailey Pfitzner (Russell) of Batesville and Becky Bailey Jones (Preston) of Tuckerman; his stepchildren, Scott Balch (Jennifer) of Balch and Angela Newson of Jackson, Tennessee; his sisters, Patsy Pankey of Newport and Helen Brock of Hamlet, Indiana; his grandchildren, Ryan Pfitzner (Priscilla), Lucas Pfitzner, Gredin Jones (Allyson Jade Grissom), Levi Jones (Amber Cockrell), Mallory Thomason (Trent), Amelia Counts (Gordon), Colin Newsome, Taylor Balch and Jace Balch; and his great grandchildren, Abbie Gibson, Briar Gibson and Maddux Thomason.
