She is survived by: her husband Rusty Bellinger; her son Brent Taylor Bellinger (Tina) of St. George, Utah; her grandchildren, Morgan Bird (Matthew) of Batesville, Alex Nicholson (Sarah) of Newport, Lauren Bellinger of Ohio and Ryan Bellinger of Ohio; her great grandchildren, Masyn Crews of Batesville and Estlee Bird of Batesville; and her sisters, Shirley Swink of Newport and Betty Copeland of Lawton, Oklahoma. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
