She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Clifton and Corda Mae McDougal (Lemons); her husband Cecil Manuel Tubbs; her brothers, Bobby C. McDougal and Darrell McDougal; and her grandchildren, Mitch Vandermolen, Shonna Tubbs and Jonathan Tubbs.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Joe Tubbs (Diane) of Jonesboro, Randall Tubbs (Janice) of Cash, Russell Tubbs of Pennington, Ronda Tse (Roger) of Pennington and Rhonda Wallis of Grubbs; her sister Darlene McDougal of Jonesboro; her grandchildren, Shannon Mirus (Jay), Jennifer Tubbs, Sara Barker (Shay), Joseph Tubbs (Leah) and Kandyce Tubbs; her great grandchildren, Serenity Tubbs, Bryce Gavin Barker, Easton Layne Barker and River Hugo Tubbs; and her niece Denise McDougal.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Arkansas Hospice Foundation online or to Arkansas Hospice Foundation 14 Parkstone Circle, North Little Rock, AR 72116.
