She was predeceased by: her parents, Avery O'Neal and Corenia Crowell; and her husband Chester "Butch" McKinley. She is survived by: her daughters, Sarah Dagyel (Omer) of Conway, Arkansas, Allison Malott (Rocky) of Newport and Kelsey Dye (Jeremy) of Jonesboro; her brother Tommy Crowell (Jennifer Steed); and her grandchildren, Mikah Brooke, Orion and Audrey.
