He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeff and Beddie Pruett (Pharis); his wife Eva Marie Pruett (Ellison); and his sisters, Betty Woodruff and Lavada Ridell.
He is survived by: his daughter Tabatha Dowell (Keith) of Jonesboro; his grandsons, Gabriel Dowell of Jonesboro and Aiden Dowell of Jonesboro; and his sisters, Beverly Stoker of Amagon and Wilma Jean Garrett of Gainesville, Georgia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and a lifetime of friends.
