He was predeceased by: his parents, Will H. Crite Sr. and Arma Lena Crite (Kirk); his siblings, Claybon "Jack" Sprawling and Shirley Long; and his grandchild Raphael Crite.
He is survived by: his wife Lonnie Mae Crite; his children, Ira Crite (Elizabeth) of Newport, Christopher Crite (Melissa) of Chicago, Illinois and Ave Loren Crite of Newport; his siblings, Will H. Crite Jr. and Jean Borders; his grandchildren, Ashley Crite (Cedric), Antoine Crite (Elizabeth), Damien Thompson, La Paul Crite, Jalyn Stokes-Crite and Amanda Stokes-Crite; and his great grandchildren, Gydance Stewart, Victory Washington, Nehemiah Crite, Alana Crite, Ke'Ira Crite, Kenslie Christopher and Kyrie Crite. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
