He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Ross and Patsy Ann Loggains (Jackson). He is survived by: his wife Gail Loggains (Poole); his children, Jaeden Moreland of Cave City and Aubree Loggains of McCrory; his brother Kevin Loggains of Newport; and his nieces and nephews, Cassidy Lancaster (Ross Hodo), Devan Loggains (Alicia), Candice Pierce (Issac), Kevan Mackenzie and Brianna Loggains.
