He is survived by: his wife Mae Irish Ruffins; his sons, Clarence Demond Ruffins of Jonesboro, Jeremy Ruffins of Bald Knob and Alex Ruffins (Adriana) of Jonesboro; his sisters, Billtress Lavern Hanson of Little Rock, Barbara Jean Thompson of Lufkin, La'Dyne Doss and Murry of Camden; and his grandchildren, Niko Ruffins, Jana Ruffins, Jericka Ruffins, Olaniyan Ruffins, Roark Ruffins, Danika Ruffins, Alex Zanyel Ruffins, Adan Kuykendall, Atticus Edward Ruffins, Bryan Patterson Jr. and Tera Williams. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
