It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Shirley of Newport, Arkansas, who passed away on November 19, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Ray and Moblee Shirley (Stapleton); his sister Darla Ann Stovall; and his grandparents, W. R. "Jack", Alma Shirley, Ned and Lois Stapleton.
He is survived by: his daughter Dannica Shirley of Mountain Home; and his aunts and uncles, Bernard Shirley (Sue), Boyd Shirley (Carol), Bettye Jackson, Barbara Reaves, Beverly White (David), Faye Stapleton, Sharon Stapleton and Audrey Eudy.
