He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Watts and Lillie Hoy Watts. He is survived by: his wife Diana Garza Watts of New Edinburg; his daughters, Lisa Denee, Leslie Michelle Watts of San Antonio, TX and Lori Nicole Williams of Kilgore, TX; and his stepson Castillo of Arlington, TX. He is also survived by six grandchildren, three step grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
