He was predeceased by: his father Melvin Lewis; his siblings, Bonnie Jean Bruhns, Suzanne Lewis and Blake M. Lewis; and his brother-in-law Leonard Bruhns.

He is survived by: his children, Sarah and Clayton Lewis of California; his mother Allie Lewis of Mountainburg; and his sister Becky Tufts (Jimmy) of Rogers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home (4100 Alma Hwy, Van Buren, AR 72956). A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Alma City Cemetery.
