He is survived by: his wife LaVenda Chapman; his children, Steven, Zachary, Nathaniel, Zoey Adams of Woodridge, IL, Christene, Brian, Alicia, Emily Doyle of Bergman, Stephanie Adams of Fayetteville, Crystal, Dan, Chase, Olivia Dowdy of Farmington, Mary and Glen Haggard of Lincoln, NE; his sibling Billie Reed of Flippin; and his brothers-in-law, Gary and Dennis Chapman of Lone Rock. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
