He was predeceased by: his mother Kay Cagle (Gosha); and his grandmother Hellen Blair. He is survived by: his parent Glen Cagle; his daughters, Anastasia Cagle and Alicia Cagle of Bentonville, AR; his sisters, Stephanie Forehand (Terry) of Yulee and April Rosa (Kevin) of Mountain Home; his nieces, Cassidy Forehand and Emma Fowler; and his nephew Kyle Forehand.
