She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Salz and Helen Salz; and her siblings, Dorothy Hirkala, Lester Salz and James Salz.
She is survived by: her sister Lois Rowe of Streator Illinois; her son Donald Kascak (Mary) of Washington Illinois; her granddaughters, Belinda Novy (Mark) and Deanna Koch (Daniel) of Washington Illinois; and her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Kaylee, Madisyn, Trynt and Jadyn. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
