It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Adam Clark of Mountain Home, Arkansas, born in Madison, Ohio, who passed away on November 20, 2021, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, William Elwood and Cheryl Lynne Askew Clark of Ashtabula, Ohio; his sisters, Amanda Roey of Ashtabula and Tara Clark of Livingston, Tennessee; his son Carter Clark; his nieces and nephews, Alanna Polkow, Brent Fuller, Chad Fuller (Tia), Elaine Allen and Miranda Ericksen; his great-niece Trysten Theroux; and his great-nephew Ian Fuller.
