It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Lee Ottinger (Mount Ida, Arkansas), born in Belleville, Arkansas, who passed away on December 19, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Ottinger; and her siblings, Bob Tubbs and Marie Sherrell. She is survived by: her children, Robin Rucker (Ron), Chris Harrod (Terry) and Bruce Harrod (Audrey); her siblings, Earl Tubbs (Martha) and Margaret Ann Scurlock (Bill); and her grandchildren, Lisa Massey (Bryce), Michael Rucker (Danielle), Cody Harrod, Amber Brown (Jason), Amy Harrod, Daniel Harrod (Dalena), Jason Harrod (Rachel), Nathan Harrod (Jill), Sarah Higgins (Graeme) and Naomi Harrod. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, as well as a host of other family and friends.
