He is survived by: his wife Theresa Epp; his stepmother Mary Lou Goodsell; his siblings, Sherry Nance (Bobby Nance), Bobby Sides (Brenda Sides), Debbie Blackburn (Donnie Blackburn), Jeff Sides (Dena Sides), Rodney Epp, Terry Lee (Monte Lee), Cindy Au and Steven Vardell; his sister-in-law Ann Vardell; his children, Shannon Epp, Jeremy Epp (Tati Epp), Derek Epp (Yoey Epp) and Lauren Epp; and his grandchildren, Callie Jo Epp, Clayton Epp, Jake Epp, Waylon Epp and Reese Epp. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, many cousins, nieces and nephews.
