He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie L. Ruth Sr. and Louise Ruth (Smith); and his great grandchild Alanna Lerille. He is survived by: his daughter Marsha; his granddaughters, Donna Craig (John Davis) and Karen Smith (Dan); and his great grandchildren, Nikki Plummer, Ricky Lerille and Dana Lawrence (Scotty).
The family asks that donations be made to the local food bank in memory of Leslie in lieu of flowers.
