Edward Monroe Talley Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward Monroe Talley of Mount Ida, Arkansas, born in Aurora, Missouri, who passed away on March 26, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Charley and Margurette Lorene Talley (Faucher); his siblings, Billy Charles Talley, Richard Lee Talley and Charlotte Talley Brightwell Cerrato; and his sister-in-law Murphyia Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Talley; his children, Leah Susanne McKay (Stacy) and Scott Talley (Clarinda); his grandchildren, Drew Reynolds (Emily "Too"), Emily Burkholder, Jaden Mitchell, Riley Talley and Ashtyn Talley; his great grandchildren, Reese Reynolds, Jhett Reynolds, Mason Askew and Kyren Mitchell; and his sisters, Sharon Goodin (David) and Rita Poynter (Yancy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, a host of other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask instead that donations to be made to the Mount Ida High School Baseball Program.
