It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna M. Norman of Mount Ida, Arkansas, born in Hot Springs, Arkansas, who passed away on December 25, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Carter and Edna Carter; her daughter Cheryl Renee Parker; her brother Lewis Carter; and her granddaughter Lisa Allen.
She is survived by: her sons, Vernon Wayne Allen (Barbara), Donald Eugene Allen (Linda) and Randy Lewis Allen. She is also survived by her grandchildren, her great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
