It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earl Raines (Mount Ida, Arkansas), born in Winslow, Arizona, who passed away on March 11, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William McKinley Raines and Verla Pauline Raines (Waddle); his former wife Pamela Raines; his brother Pete Raines; and his half-brothers, Jimmy Raines and Billy Raines.

He is survived by: his wife Wanda Smalling Raines; his daughters, Jennifer Rowland (Jonathan), Ashlee Gibson (Jay), Amanda Jennings (Chad) and Sarah Lee (Noah); his grandchildren, Brady (Austin Rowland), Jeremy, Jacob (Haylee Gibson), Lanie (Beth Jennings) and Abigail (Matthew Lee); his siblings, Mary Morris (Lamar) and John Raines (Margaret); his stepsons, Steven Smalling (Leane) and Kevin Smalling; and his stepgrandchildren, Tyler, Lance, Olivia and Raquel Smalling.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask donations be made to the Landmark Missionary Baptist Church of Mount Ida.
