He is survived by: his wife Rosa Lee Bailey of Mount Ida; his children, Charles, Jr., Jessica Bailey of Pearcy, Amy Snow, Shane Snow of Bentonville, Josh Bailey and Krissi Bailey of Bismarck; his grandchildren, Audrey Bailey of Charles, III, Mackenzie Snow, Tyler Snow and Madison Bailey; and his siblings, Tommy Bailey of Pearcy, Glenn Bailey (Angel) of Fort Lauderdale, Ernest Bailey of Benton, Dallas Bailey of Hot Springs, Dosha Laughlin of Hot Springs and Brenda Washburn of Hot Springs. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
