He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Ashmore and Eva Mae Ashmore (Goodwin); his children, Carl E Ashmore Jr., Carolyn, Carla, Gay and Pam; his grandsons, Adam Ashmore and Carlos Hernandez; and his siblings, Mikey, Coman, Sally, Margie and Patricia Ann.
He is survived by: his daughters, Penny Ashmore and Monica Rath (Terry); his sister Diane Bennet; his cousins, Ronnie Minga, Mary Frances Phart and Debbie McClain; and his close friend Scott (Shelly). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
