He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Parks and Verna Cunningham; his stepfather Dee Cunningham; and his son Vester Parks II. He is survived by: his wife Donna Parks of Mena; his children, Mike Parks of Mena, Richard Parks of Wilson, Victoria Jones of Henderson and Twana Parks of Medon, Tennessee; his stepson Derek Miller; and his brothers, Ernal Cunningham of Mena and Jeff Cunningham of Mena. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
