He is survived by: his parents, Terry Dale Foster and Teresa Lynn Destrini; his grandmother Latitia Delagarza; his siblings, Joshua Foster, Tilman Portwood and Angela Foster; his nephew Xavier Benson; his aunts and uncles, Charlotte Walker of Mena, Lynn Foster of Mena, Arkansas, Stan, Candy Foster of Mena, Hector Delagarza of Tucson, Sheila, Mike Hicks of Mineral Springs, Laura, Chris Fusci of Tucson, Arizona, Andrea Destrini of Tucson, Arizona and J. D. Destrini of Tucson, Arizona; his great-uncle Eddie Cross; his great-aunts, Donna Cogburn and Annie Schuller; and his close friends, Jeremy, Melanie James, Sean, Savannah McCauley, Jody Carter, Thomas, Amy Hendershot, Indio Hendershot, Crystal, Colt Dehart and Kelly Smith.
