She was predeceased by: her parents, James Wagoner (Cobb) and Lois Elizabeth Wagoner (Harris); her husband Bob Cook; her nephew Dustin Tapp; and her son-in-law Ben Vincent.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Cook (Brandi) and Kelli Vincent; her sister Marsha Tapp; her sister-in-law Karon Wood (Kenneth); her niece Shannon Beck; her nephews, Matthew Atkinson and Brian Wood; and her grandchildren, Keith (Brianna), Alex (Brooklyn), Mackenzie, Orion, Bentleigh, Cali, Nevaeh, Gunner of Trey, L. J., Beckett and Wraylyn.
