She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Jefferson Emmons and Patsy Marie Davlin Emmons; her husband Perry Hart; her daughter Lydia Charlie of Minto; and her siblings, Virginia Garrett, Jeanette Rodgers, Janelle Booker and Jeff Emmons.
She is survived by: her children, Joey Hart (Kjari) of Fairbanks, Alaska, Brandon Hart of Mena, Billy Joe Hart of Mena, Arkansas, Dianna De La Garza (Eddie) of Los Angeles, Julie Moe (Mike) of Mena and Katherine Hart of Conway, Arkansas; and her brother-in-law Chuck Booker. She is also survived by twenty four grandchildren, one great grandchild.
