He was predeceased by: his father Rickey Dean Looney I. He is survived by: his mother Cynthia Beatrice Looney of Mena; his brother Michael; his sister-in-law Trena Looney of Mena; his aunt Linda; his uncle James Dempsey of Mena; and his nieces and nephews, Cassius, Coraline Looney of Mena, Neveah, Evelyn and Cyan of Mena. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
