He was predeceased by: his parents, Travis "Tige" Turner and Juanita Harris Turner; and his grandparents, Ode, Ova Turner, Tutt and Azzie Harris.

He is survived by: his caregiver Tommie Jo Farmer. He is also survived by his family and friends.
