He is survived by: his wife Loretta Lesley of Nunley, Arkansas; his daughter Kendra Moke of Cameron, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Maddux Moke and Maggie Moke of Las Vegas, Nevada; and his sisters, Vera Fellers of Syracuse, Helen Williams and Sharon Addington of Wichita, Kansas. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
