With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Debra Kay Allen of Mena, Arkansas, who passed away on April 9, 2023 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, J. D. Allen and Lillie Mae Allen; and her brother Charles. She is survived by: her children, Johnny Webb of Mena, Tabitha Lee of Conway and Sabrina Summarell of Oak Grove, Louisiana; her grandchildren, Lily, Evan, Hayden, Jesse and Tyler (Charity); and her great grandchildren, Skyler and Tanner. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
