He is survived by: his children, Roberta Mae Briscoe and Earl McGinty (Sandie); his son-in-law Gary Smee; his siblings, Betty Goode, Milla Munoz, Bill McGinty and Gerald McGinty; his grandchildren, Garrett Smee, Janel McQueen, Mitchell Smee, Bradford Lindenmayer, Bryan Lindenmayer and Heather Dunlap; his great grandchildren, Lillian, Ellie, Carter, Braden, Emma, Colton, Madden, Maxxen, Landon, Aubrey, Kaylee and Harley; and also Roberta Lindenmayer-Briscoe (Tom). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
