He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil E. Watson and Birdie Marie Lucas Watson; and his sister Eunice Thiele. He is survived by: his wife Mary Bland Watson; his sons, Michael Watson (Tara) of Jonesboro, Bryan Watson of Pocahontas and Stevie Watson (Jody) of Jonesboro; his sisters, Joyce Baltz (Martin) of Pocahontas, Carolyn Frankenberger (David) of Kearney, Betty Stockwell (Tommy) of Pocahontas and Cecilia Watson of Mountain Home; his grandchildren, Cassie, Alex and Jonathan Watson; and his brother-in-law Jerome Thiele of Rogers.
