He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lewis and Bessie Jean Barber Bland; and his siblings, Dickie Ray Bland and Helen Faye Sullinger. He is survived by: his wife Linda Watson Bland; his children, Starla Saylors (Tony) of Pocahontas, Scott Bland (Sherry) of Maynard and Anna Flanery (Jamie) of Pocahontas; his grandchildren, Tony Lee Saylors II, Holden Saylors (Paige), Elizabeth Bland, Kristen Saylors, Linda Anderson (Brian), Nikki Flanery, Nathan Flanery and Caleb Flanery; his great grandchildren, Kathryn, Chole, Tony Lee, Grayson, Tegan, Drake, Tessa Lynn and Easton; and his siblings, Betty Late, Mary Watson, Susie Matlock of Maynard and Steve Bland of Reyno.
