She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Henry and Lena Mae Samons Meridith; her husband Willard Dean Cox; her siblings, Charles, Norman Meridith, Velma Marlett, Leola Bland, Retha Hart, Louise Looney and Erma McDougle; and her grandson Bobby Martin.
She is survived by: her son Ronnie Cox (Liz) of Maynard; her siblings, Glen Meridith of Maynard and Gana Frier of Pocahontas; her grandson Travis Cox (Julie Cox); and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Krystal, Elaina Martin, Audrey and Adelynn Cox. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
