He was predeceased by: his parents, Normal Rapert and Bonnie Duff Rapert; and his siblings, Bob Rapert, Jake Rapert, Bonnie "Toots" Boyetts and Norma Dean "Tean" Ray.
He is survived by: his wife Vida Mae Vester Rapert; his children, Stan Rapert (Mary) of Pocahontas, Terry Rapert (Chiquita) of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Tammy Martin (Marty); his siblings, Kenneth "Joe" Rapert of Springfield, Jack "Demp" Rapert (Nancy) of St. Peters, Missouri, Carol Bobbett of Mountain Home and Nancy Earley of Friendswood, Texas; his grandchildren, Jason Rapert (Laurie) of Conway, Lauren Rapert of Pocahontas, Brittany Byrd (Bryan) of Maynard, Jordan Rapert (Jamie) of Bay, Brent Martin of Maynard and Taryn Rapert of Jonesboro; and his great grandchildren, Grace Rapert, Olivia Rapert, Will Cossey, Makenna Rapert, Aubri McGlothlin, Colton Bryd and Collin Byrd.
Due to COVID-19 directives, issued by the Governor of Arkansas specifically for funeral services, the following will be required in order to attend the visitation and/or funeral service: wearing of a face mask, signing the contact registry, and maintaining all social distancing requirements.
