He is survived by: his wife LeAnna Simmons; his daughters, Ashley Johnson (Jeremy) of Maynard and Courtney Tanner (Tyson) of Maynard; his grandchildren, Jordyn Tanner, Jade Tanner, Tessa Lee Tanner and Sloane Tanner; and his siblings, Joyce Geary of Paragould, Lois Mercer of Evansville, IN., Janice Hobson (Rick) of Des Moines, IA. and David Simmons (Susan) of Maynard. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
