He was predeceased by: his siblings, Dickson Ward Parsons, Gretchen Kessel Malloy of Bethesda, MD and Kenneth K. "Pat" Kessel Jr. of Manchester, WV; and also, Robert Norman Parsons and Mary Jo Williams (Parsons).
He is survived by: his children, Kristen M. Parsons of Maumelle, AR and Ward M. Parsons of College Station, TX; his daughter-in-law Laura N. Smith of College Station, TX; his friend Jane R. Parsons; and his grandsons, Adrian Parsons and Errol Parsons. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
