He is survived by: his wife Tammy Small; his father Milburn Small; his siblings, Sandy Garrison and Terry; his sister-in-law Gail Small; his mother-in-law Marilyn Mason; his daughter Erica; his son-in-law Brad Hull; his stepsons, Caiden Mason and Tobin Williamson (Kate); and his granddaughters, Anna Kate Hull and Jayda Reynolds. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
