He is survived by: his wife Carol Simon Simmons of Marion, Arkansas; his children, Adam Simmons (Kim) of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Sara Simmons Millard (Powell) of St. Augustine, Florida and Patrick Simmons (Amy) of Marion, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Braden, Oliver Simmons, Paxton, Greta Kate, Cross Millard and Abbigale Simmons; and his siblings, Walter E. Simmons (Diana) of Oklahoma City and Sue Simmons Pennington (John) of Newport, Arkansas.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
