He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Hulon Harrell, Idalie Harrell and Ellis Heair; and his uncle Jim Harrell. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Harrell; his wife Tara Harrell; his children, Sara Cadwell (Johnathan), Kayla Prater (Randy) and Jayden Harrell; his father Robert Harrell Sr.; his siblings, Allison Cain (Tim) and Kim Vaughn (Keith); his grandchildren, McKenna, Estelle, Max, Presley and John Carter; and his grandmother Madie Heair. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Roller-Citizens Funeral Home will be following guidelines issued by the Arkansas Department of Health and the CDC regarding COVID-19. Social distancing of at least six feet must be practiced and all funeral attendees must provide and wear their own mask.
In Lieu of flowers, the family hopes to have donations made in Bobby's name through the Autism Society of America or to the Code green Campaign.
