We are sad to announce that on August 31, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Otto Bailey Sr. (Marion, Arkansas), born in Bledsoe, Kentucky. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Abraham Bailey and Nancy Bailey; his siblings, John, Elihu, Charles, Merk, Vina, Flora, Rose and Tressa; his son Fred Bailey; and his granddaughter Ashley Bailey.

He is survived by: his wife Lila; his children, Otto Bailey Jr., Nancy Gibson (Adam) and Wanda Carpenter; his grandchildren, Otto Allen Bailey III, Fallon Caster (Bo), Zac McCollum, Collin Carpenter, Megan Bailey and Conner Carpenter; his great grandchildren, Chance Lung, Phillip Pollard, Bryant Pollard, Kara Caster, Ben Pollard, Jaxson Bailey and Oliver Bailey; and his siblings, Abe Bailey Jr., Lydia Caldwell and Lola Brock.

Roller-Citizens Funeral Home will be following guidelines issued by the Arkansas Department of Health and the CDC regarding COVID-19. Social distancing of at least six feet must be practiced and all funeral attendees must provide and wear their own mask.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations be made to his widow, Lila, to help ease her financial burden via GoFundMe.
