He is survived by: his sons, Michael Eugene McDonald of Memphis and Mark Jeramy McDonald of Rockwall, Texas; his mother Bonnie Ripper McDonald of Marion, Arkansas; and his brothers, John McDonald (Jacque) and Ron McDonald (Chrissy) of Ozark, Missouri.
