He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Sterling Briggs Sr. and Francis Jean McDaniel Briggs. He is survived by: his children, Bubba Briggs (Kindale) of Proctor, Arkansas and Katie Story (Wayne) of Moro, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Beau, Allie Jane, Dena K., Blade, Will and Katie; and his brother Mike Briggs (Judy) of Crawfordsville.
